The details of the uk online loan process:
You fill out our online quote form.
Within 24 hours (barring weekends or holidays) we contact you with a quote and get information to send out your initial set of documents for signatures.
Once these documents are sent and then again once they are signed and returned UK law forbids us to contact you for 8 days if the loan is under £25,000., so you have a time period to change your mind if you would like.
This legal time period is for the good of the person seeking a loan but it will delay your loan. It is very important that you fill in all of your information so there are not further delays in receiving your loan.
If you do not fill in the form online entirely, we may be unable to get a quote or get in touch with you. If you do not check over the documents we send you and make sure they are filled out and properly signed, we can not send them out to be processed, nor can we contact you to let you know, because of the law that makes us wait 8 days to contact you.
We are unable to contact you for eight days once we have sent the form, so call us if you do not receive it. Once you send the form back we have another 8 day wait in which we can not contact you. In other words if you forget to sign and date the copy we have to wait 8 days just to call you and let you know. So please be very careful to fill out your quote form and application carefully. If you notice you have forgotten something, please by all means call us. This is permissible by law.
If the loan amount is over £25,000. the process is usually quicker. There is no 8 day waiting period, but please remember that incomplete documents do cause delays. The more you give us the better we can do our job. |
